Kathy lives in Empire Township with her husband,1 Kent, and their three adult children.3 She has always cared for others and has 39 years of experience doing so.2 Kathy has worked in a variety of medical roles, including:2 a pediatric charge nurse, in obstetrics, a mental health nurse, a special education school nurse, a hospital supervisor, a home care nurse, and a nursing instructor. Kathy has always understood the importance of community. She has served as a precinct delegate for Empire Township,3 as an American Cancer Society volunteer driver,5 and as an active member of St. Philip Catholic Church in Empire.4
